  • Audio Recordings: When you record a meeting, audio is captured and immediately processed for transcription. Audio files are not stored permanently—they are transcribed and then discarded.
  • Transcripts: Text transcriptions of your meetings are stored in your account.
  • AI-Generated Content: Summaries, action items, and insights generated from your data.

2.3 User-Created Content

  • Tasks and subtasks
  • Meeting notes and annotations
  • Reference documents you upload
  • Categories, tags, and organizational metadata

2.4 AI Memory Data

Our AI assistant (Caroline) stores contextual memories to provide personalized assistance. These include patterns about your projects, workflows, and preferences. You can view and delete these memories at any time.

2.5 Usage and Technical Data

  • Device information and browser type
  • IP address (for security purposes)
  • Feature usage analytics (via Vercel Analytics)

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the service
  • To transcribe and analyze your meeting recordings
  • To generate AI-powered insights and recommendations
  • To personalize your experience through AI memories
  • To process payments (via Stripe)
  • To communicate with you about your account
  • To improve our service and develop new features

4. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

To provide AI features, we send certain data to third-party AI providers:

  • OpenAI / Anthropic / Google: Transcripts and content are sent to AI providers for processing. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
  • Stripe: Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Supabase: Database hosting and authentication services.
  • Vercel: Website hosting and analytics.

4.1 AI Training and Your Data

We do not train AI models on your data. Your transcripts, meeting notes, and personal content are used solely to provide you with the service. Our AI sub-processors (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their models when accessed through our API agreements.

4.2 We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.We only share data with service providers necessary to operate the service, as described above.

5. Data Storage and Security

  • Data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest
  • All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
  • Row-level security ensures you can only access your own data
  • We implement industry-standard security practices

6. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: Data is retained as long as your account is active
  • Deleted accounts: All data is permanently deleted immediately upon account deletion
  • Backups: Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days after deletion
